Maggots on contained Cardboard spawn?

I have several bags of cardboard spawn running... from wild oysters... I suspect the maggots got there while the tissues sat out for a few hours.. I did this in semi-sterile conditions, so this is not much of a surprise really. Even though maggots have been living in the bags the last four days, the mycelium is still running faster than they seem to be eating it... no sign of any other contamination... are these "Clean" maggots since they hatched in relatively sterile conditions? lol.
My questions are:
Will my spawn survive another week like this?
Is there anyway to get rid of them without harming the spawn? - Diatomaceous Earth? - Peroxide Solution?
Or should I just attempt to harvest clean spawn from the bags before it gets worse and start all over again?

If it were me I would just move them outside and let them finish out there. Sterile conditions aren't necessary for a spawn run or for fruiting. I'm not sure there's much you could do now to actually get them out. If they were fully colonized you might be able to drown with a dunk but that would screw up the spawn run.

I have them indoors which is why I went semi-sterile.. I have kept them at a steady temp of 75F... they are running great, super fast... outside I also have a few bags to test the difference... its been 60's 70's during the day, but overnight its been getting down to the 30s... the bags outside are showing minimum progress, most are not running at all yet... I feel they are not going to make it.
However, because I am working with limited options/space, I have been using my bathroom as a controlled temperature environment... and with the nature of bathrooms and kitchens, I felt it would be best to keep them contained for fear of contamination... they have been in tied-off bags for a week now... and despite maggots they are running really strong!
I opted not to open the bags and just to wait it out... However one bag somehow came undone and was open this morning...
As of yesterday it appears that the maggots have died in the tied-off bags.. perhaps of suffocation? -due to the lack of oxygen since I am running the spawn in full CO2 & Humidity. It was almost like the maggots were trying to find their way out rather than munching on much, as if they knew it was certain doom.. there is currently no sign that the spawn has been affected... it actually almost appears that the spawn is consuming the dead maggot bodies... I will be checking over the next week to see the progress on this... but it sure looks like the mycelium is digesting maggot bodies. -I wish it was easier to take pictures of this, but with the humidity its kinda a blur through the bags.
However, the bag that was open has new baby maggots... I went ahead a tied it off again, just to see what happens... I suspect that it's the most likely to become spoiled first, if at all...
This spawn run has turned into more of an interesting observational experiment...

Mycelium needs gas exchange to grow so if it's still growing quickly probably not. It could be they're in the pupal stage which can look a lot like the larva stage in a lot of bugs.
