When I come home from a trip out of the house like work, store, gas station, anywhere. I have to wash my hands. But recently I have to wash my hands twice. Is this becoming a issue? Or is the common?

I do the same thing. The only problem for me is my hands get dry.

I found something wonderful for that: Lavender almond massage oil. Its all natural, I use it all over my whole body almost daily. I Love it! I never have ashy skin anymore. And I work with my hands in bleach water.

I'd rather not compensate for my over harnd washing problems! Most of the time I can stop myself but I just feel dirty if I dont wash.

I don't see why it would be much of a problem to wash your hands after going out into public places.

Just sounds like some mild OCD behavior. It seems most people (myself included) exhibit this in some way or another. Not that big of deal as long as it doesn't keep getting progressively worse.
I personally only was my hands before cooking and after pooping. I cant remember the last time I got a cold or flu. I think being exposed to germs raises your immunity (to an extent). My mom is a total germ-a-phobe, always washing her hands, making sure everything is disinfected and she gets sick way more often then I do, she also gets a flu shot every year but always ends up wih the flu. I never get a flu shot and haven't had the flu in years.

Twice seems like a bit much but washing your hands once after going to a gas station, restaurant or work seems normal. I only wash mine after the bathroom, before cooking and eating or when I get something on them.

I personally wash my hands only in the shower once a day or after dirting them up with something. But i suffer from body dryness too so I try to stay away from soaps as long as possible. Should have seen a skin doctor since long time but I prefer to grow my ocds as well

I never get the flu shot either, and never get the flu. I find it very reveling that everyone I know that does get a flu shot ends up with the flu.

I'd say I wash mine about 4-5 depending on what I'm doing that day. I'd probably washed them like 15 times a day when I worked in a kitchen.

As long as you're not washing your hands immediately afterwards from washing.
You're fine.
Learn2Science @ that point.
The longer you leave soap on your hands, the better chance all the bacteria is dead!
