What sort of lighting could you put in a green house that will stil be 6500k+, my worry is relative humidity causing an electrical problem.

Humidity is fine for fluorescent fuxtures. If course they will corrode faster but you will still get years of service. We use 4 forty watt fluorescent fixtures in our commercial grow room and they do just fine.
