How much pain do you experience on a daily basis?

?
I experience some pain virtually every day, usually it's back pain, sometimes it's leg/knee/foot pain.
It usually is only mild pain, often times it moderate pain, and once or twice a week it's severe pain.
I try not to take anything for it because when I take a lot of NSAIDs my stomach hurts, and they only usually provide mild pain relief.
I have bad posture and have been overweight most of my life, I'm trying to improve on both but it's hard to be active for more than a short period of time when you're body aches.
I don't mean to sound like a bitch and I know everyone aches, but I'm only 21 and I don't think I should be dealing with this much pain on a daily basis.
Is this much pain normal? I want to talk to my doctor about it but I don't want him to just be like quit being a bitch, everybody deals with that much pain.

You should probably get checked for scoliosis or something. Usually bad posture can be corrected with a back brace or physical therapy.
If its neither of the above ask your doctor about attending a pain management center, they'll have the answers your looking for!

I tore my meniscus when I was 14. Hurts pretty bad on some days, mainly when I'm more active than others. Some days it's not noticeable though.

I sometimes cry because my lung or stomach hur so bad. It gets pretty bad but its not bad everyday. Should probably be on some type of pain meds, but I would rather be in pain than on opiates.

Yeah I do carpentry work, only part time though, I don't usually hurt myself, but I always ache a lot for a few days after I work, if I work like more than 2 days in a row I need an opiate to continue working after that second day.

Damn, that's fucked up, I'd at least try to keep a few pain meds with you for breakthrough pain.

Back pain pretty much daily. I have the back of a 60 year old, and have since about 13 or so.. Someone jump kicked me in it and it's been fucked ever since.

Although there is a general soreness from 30+ years of it I was really referring to the everyday scratches, splinters, small bruises that are just part of the job. Aint no biggie

Mostly back pain. Lower back and the areas around my shoulder blades.
I have bad posture, which is no doubt why...But I can't remember a day in my life with out having back pain. No shit, I remember in kindergarten having to sit down with legs crossed style, and that would make my back start to hurt within a few minutes. Sitting like that for almost the entire day of class in kindergarten, I think that's where my posture and back pain really started to go down hill.
Taking kratom daily helps keep all the little aches & pains in check, not the main reason I take it but it does helps a lot with mild to moderate aches & pains. Keeps the body feeling loose & limber. I've started to stretch a bit more in recent times, I should get on a proper yoga routine though....I know that'd help.
A massage would be nice too, I haven't had one of those since I broke up with the ex almost 7 years ago. I can feel all sorts of knots and tight spots in my back & neck, it's ridiculous. And those knots & tight spots cause me to have even worse posture, and having bad posture only makes those knots & tight spots worse...
Besides stretching and trying to be conscious of my posture...does anyone know of any routines to improve posture?
