Just curious [ID]

These things are popping up like herpes around my house. I am not interested in them as edibles (don't worry Shroomies, you don't have to save my life like last time,) just very curious what they are. I suspect something poisonous.
Habitat: Growing out of soil from under a thin layer of finely mulched wood bark that hasn't been replaced in a long time.
Gills: Pink. Hard to see from the pictures because of the lighting, but a very definite pink color.
Stem: White. Short, a few inches on most. Not visible until universal veil breaks.
Cap: White, round like a puff ball, stays round when the universal veil breaks, turns wide and flat with downturned sides before dropping spores and turning brown.
Spore print color: Don't want to touch them, I suspect they are poisonous. None taken.
Bruising: Not sure.
Other information: They turn dark-brown/blackish after opening up and dropping spores. edit: The mushroom caps before opening are not evenly rounded.

I would definitely say Agaricus. If I had to venture a guess I would say maybe Californicus if there is no chemical smell when you crush the base of the stem and no yellow staining.

Thanks guys. Just took a walk about a 4 or 5 block circle and back to my place and I saw them on almost every block.

Thanks, I thought it was cool too. They are doing that all around this property. The shrooms are strong in this one [plot of land].
