Go ahead and birth.
You got it all right. Do the week consolidation, but if there are pins, birth then.

At 250 you would be sterilizing it. Past. Temp is 160

Last time I had 11 jars, wasn't home for the last couple weeks of colonization and when I got home I couldn't even see the cakes because there were so many in vitro pins. I harvested them before I dunked and rolled and had 18grams dry from in vitro pins. And I heard they're possibly more potent?

Making it sterile is good, its ok cause its not a nutrient layer. the cleaner it is the better IMO

Meh, out of like 50 cakes I never had a problem with verm straight from a fresh bag without putting it in the oven. That's only when it's a fresh unopened bag though. My bag of verm sits in the bottom of my pantry where I'm sure lots of mold spores and dust fall around / onto it so after the bag is opened I always throw a tray of it in the oven. There was also about a month where I just kept a tray of it on the bottom rack of the oven all the time so it would get sterilized every time I went to bake a totino's pizza or a marie calendar's pot pie... God I wish I hadn't spent all my lunch money on a giant out-grow order.... I'm so hungry
