One of my cacti isn't looking too good

I had to despine because of the people I live with, these black/brown spots seem to be forming around the places where the spines come out. Maybe I was too rough but none of the other cacti I despined are showing any abnormalities which leaves me to wonder.
Those spots are soft which worries me
Here are the other two cacti

Maybe you need to cut the rot out. Are you over watering?

If those spots are soft/mushy cut them out of there immediately! As long as it's not too bad/deep they should heal up ok. If they are hard spots then they might be alright. Lets see what others say about that.
Also, I'm not 100% sure if what you have there are actual Bridgesii/Achuma. I could be wrong on that because not an expert so if someone else could chime in on that it would be great.

Keep the knives in the sheaths for now people.
Bridgesii are known for this, it's called weeping Black rot. It usually clears up on its own, leaving a nice scab, so long as you withhold water(Rain included). It even looks as though One is starting to heal. If they keep spreading then you would consider cutting. These should just flare up, like a bruise, ooze a little and then clear up.
While it's not sun scorch, the article below will explain what's happening to yours. About Two thirds of the way down the second picture is what relates to your problem.

When I first got my bridgesii it had the same deal. I couldnt even control it. It got really bad. But I let it go and now the growth is very normal and blue.
Btw, how long have you had it?

I have had these cacti a little under a year at this point
Seems like a good idea to take my ill cacti under cover for a while
the side that has the soft spots on it was more shielded from light than the other side, i just flipped it around for the picture
The cacti are under the cover of other plants for most of the day, they are also next to a fence so they don't get as much light in the afternoon as they do in the morning
I have been thinking about putting one of them out in the open to see if they would benefit from more direct sunlight
About the cacti not being bridgesii These may have been the ones labeled "Trichocereus Santaensis/Bridgesii" as I had bought one labeled that in the past. They all got mixed together and I can't tell which is which now.
