Only dreams now

(Yes that is tape on it. No I did not use it that way. Just wanted to get pics of it as it was before the tragic accident.)

I've broken so many pipes.
The worst was when the cops broke a big glass sherlock piece I had. That thing managed to last years without breaking but Big Brother or should I say the Nanny State HAD to take it away from me.
Yours was a nice looking one. Sorry for your loss.

Had a fuckin swift J.Masse black sherlock once. No bubbles in the black, clean lines, totally unique. My girlfriend happened to drop the grinder on it and smashed it to fucking pieces.
I feel ya brotha, just remember its glass. All things are transitory my friend.

If you could re assemble the broken pieces and tape it that easily, maybe you could use some black epoxy to put it back together. I've never tried doing that to any broken pipes, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Resurrect your broken friend!

Honestly Glass epoxy will work, if you wanna put enough time/effort. Use a dremmel tool to buff out the rough edges where you epoxy it for the bonus "clean" look.

Thanks. Ahhh that would make it so much worse if five oh had taken it away like they did yours. Same sentiment right back to ya.
Edit: I already tossed the pieces. Didn't think there was any hope of salvaging it. Oh well. It served myself and many others well in good times and bad. It's so easy to get sentimental with glass haha.

They are so easy to break. Especially if you get fucked up a little too often.
In fact I just broke another new one a week ago. I had not even used it once. It was my first bubbler, and it broke on the kitchen floor.
I guess I need to stick with metal, despite how cool glass is. My metal pipe has lasted 5 years and obviously still going strong.

I've lost count of how many pipes and bongs I've broken. It has to be close to 100 if not more.
I have this little grateful dead metal pipe I bought 11 years ago at Warped Tour that's still hanging around if worse comes to worse. That thing will be with me for the rest of my life.

Yeah being inebriated doesn't help the butter fingers. I don't know whether that's more sad to break it before you got to use it, or more sad to break it after you've gotten a bunch of use and have grown attached. Probably equally sad. Broken glass is just sad! Sorry for your loss
