At 250 you would be sterilizing it. Past. Temp is 160

Last time I had 11 jars, wasn't home for the last couple weeks of colonization and when I got home I couldn't even see the cakes because there were so many in vitro pins. I harvested them before I dunked and rolled and had 18grams dry from in vitro pins. And I heard they're possibly more potent?

Making it sterile is good, its ok cause its not a nutrient layer. the cleaner it is the better IMO

Meh, out of like 50 cakes I never had a problem with verm straight from a fresh bag without putting it in the oven.  That's only when it's a fresh unopened bag though.  My bag of verm sits in the bottom of my pantry where I'm sure lots of mold spores and dust fall around / onto it so after the bag is opened I always throw a tray of it in the oven.  There was also about a month where I just kept a tray of it on the bottom rack of the oven all the time so it would get sterilized every time I went to bake a totino's pizza or a marie calendar's pot pie...  God I wish I hadn't spent all my lunch money on a giant out-grow order.... I'm so hungry :frown:
