What kind of fruiting chamber?(what tek was followed)
What kind of hygrometer are you using?(cheap, expensive...claibratible or not.....digital or analog)
Pics of your setup will help us tremendously.

i think the humidity is off because you drunkenly shot at your tub with a .50 cal and some of the holes are too big. too much moisture is escaping.

Make a shotgun fruiting chamber (SGFC). Need 3 inches of perlite on the bottom, holes of 1/4 inch evenly spaced 2 inches apart on ALL 6 sides. Look it up for more detail.
Also there is no way you can fit 20 cakes in there! Try 6 or so.

Some totes tend to shatter when you take a drill to them. Sterilite is much more resilient. If you're going to use the same kinda tote to make a new chamber then go REALLY slow with the drill and only put minimal pressure on the plastic.

You can also try heating the plastic to make it more pliable, and less rigid, before drilling.

Ill tape the big holes up abit, there's only a couple and the top has holes, the one in the pic is my spray shield I threw on for the pic but I use another lid with holes, that's the best I could do using a heavy ass drill with 1 of my hands being paralyzed lol. I gota buy some more perlite there's about 3 inches, I keep misting it and its staying at 80%
