WBS vs Rye berries

It just seemed to me that people go to WBS because it's cheaper than other places but I went into wally world (much to RR's dismay) and looked at the WBS price, just for shits and giggles. They wanted $1/lb for economy WBS.
My supplier sold me 56 lbs of Rye Berries for $18. I won't ever buy anything from wally world period based on my economic ideals as a rule, but 20lbs for $20 is a farce.
The point of my post is to the people who believe that automatically realization that wally world will be your best bet for anything. It isn't.
DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Depends on where you live..
Where I am, I can go into any grocery store or hardware store and get a bag of wbs. Some brands are better than others. But for rye berries i'd go to the healthfood store and they'd have to order it in, unless I only needed a little and they had it in bulk.

Yeah...
Wbs in my area, $12.99 for fifty pounds. Organic rye berries, $48.59 for fifty pounds.
I believe rye berries is worth the price in other ways... Not just for cheap, because in most places it is not cheap.

My price 3 years ago was $12 for 56 lbs. Last year it rose 50% to $18.
I guess I can't complain too much.

It's about $17 for a 40lb bag of WBS at the wally world where I'm at. I haven't been able to find organic rye berries anywhere other than Whole Foods locally and they want over a dollar per pound for it.

the turn around profits are so high I don't see either cost is really
a problem just whatever is easier to get.
