I had it mildly for about 6 months after my last trip (last year in like early july)

I have it still if im extremely tired, or get REALLY pissed off, stuff starts to float around and walls breathe and has patterns on it. Im talking like pure rage throwing my fist into walls hyperventilating screaming at the top of my lungs ready to fight inraged lol, i have to be really, really mad. usually when im super drunk

Anyway, i would say i have very minor HPPD. I have that when im tired and mad, i have bad visual static and floaters when i look at plain colors, and my vision is blurry.

Anyway you sound like you have hppd.

Just be glad its not derealization, stuff looks painfully different. Like flat like reality is a painting and it looks popped out and way to big. Colors are different and stuff is also alien and fake looking. I got that from psychedelics (well, i should say they brought it out)

my understanding is that HPPD is constant. i used to think it was at any time coming and going, but im not too sure anymore.

i used to see things "breathe" or move around when i was a kid before i did psyches, i just notice it more these days.

there is a slight feeling in my face and skin when straight lines wiggle in my peripheral, but there are other times that things wiggle like when i take LSD... i wouldnt worry too much about it, no need to over think it.
