Habitat: (Species # 1)
Cow Field, growing directly out of a small fallen tree or branch, near a clump of leaves and cow poop in a shady group of trees.

Gills:
Dark, maybe black or very dark brown, lighter near the middle where the stem meets cap. Fairly dense, thin

Stem:
Very thin, approx 2-3 mm. Very flexible. Light brownish white in color.

Cap:
Approx. 1 cm in diameter; round cone shaped

Spore print color:
Looks black, could possibly be extremely dark purple, but seems black. Might be a trick of my eyes.

Bruising:
If any, not noticeable. Stem may be darkening a brownish color from bruising

Other information:
Looks like these have whats left of a small veil, or might be just forming. Too small to tell color, looks about same color as stem though. It's tiny and falling off if it's even a veil. This is only my second hunt, thought these looked reasonably similar to an active type of shroom I've seen, figured it'd be worth checking (hoping!)

Group of all of them:

Also found these about 10-20 feet away. Pretty sure they're not active, but look like they may be an older, more mature version of species # 1. They look similar, with a tan-brown cap, tan-light brown gills, and a much thicker stem. No spore print, I'll upload one if needed. All of these mushrooms are dark around the edge of the cap, especially the bigger ones:
