Best way to end a sleep deprivation binge?

I have slept like fuck this week, which means very little. It also means the rest of the day, now that my immediate responsibilities have settled, is fucked. How should I end it? I have drank a pint of hard cider and am considering just drinking a little more. I don't want to drink enough to disturb my sleep again - that would suck and leave me with a tiny bit more permanent insanity. I am also considering a low dose of MXE. I would just go to sleep, but my circadian rhythm isn't going to allow that, no sir.

Oh...yeah, I guess I could take some of that. But I still have a few hours where I am too out of it to do anything yet it is still too early to go to bed.

Eh, it's not like I have a tackle box full of drugs. I have some MXE, melatonin, kratom, and alcohol.

MMMMMMM
Melatonin and kratom are amazing for dreams.
I'd probably take all four of those lol. Except I'd go easy on the alcohol.

well if you like to stay up for weeks, i'd ad some benzos to that tackle box. because they are the best way to come down. melatonin, dph,, and alcohol should do the job though.

Diphenhydramine. Or yes phenibut may work if you're really tired. Could have paradoxical effects though.
