Amazed this hasn't been posted.
Truly one of the most raw albums I have ever heard.

What a beautiful face
I have found in this place
That is circling all round the sun
What a beautiful dream
That could flash on the screen
In a blink of an eye and be gone from me
Soft and sweet
Let me hold it close and keep it here with me, me

And one day we will die
And our ashes will fly from the aeroplane over the sea
But for now we are young
Let us lay in the sun
And count every beautiful thing we can see
Love to be
In the arms of all I'm keeping here with me, me

What a curious life we have found here tonight
There is music that sounds from the street
There are lights in the clouds
Anna's ghost all around
Hear her voice as it's rolling and ringing through me
Soft and sweet
How the notes all bend and reach above the trees, trees

Now how I remember you
How I would push my fingers through
Your mouth to make those muscles move
That made your voice so smooth and sweet
Now we keep where we don't know
All secrets sleep in winter clothes
With one you loved so long ago
Now he don't even know his name

What a beautiful face
I have found in this place
That is circling all round' the sun
And when we meet on a cloud
I'll be laughing out loud
I'll be laughing with everyone I see
Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all

[Intro/Hook: Yung Lean]
Do me, I'mma do me
I'mma make her mine, I'mma make her mine
I said fuck the shine, I said fuck the shine
Bitch, I grind, bitch, I grind
Yung Lean swerving and see me fucked up
See me swervin' through, they want me locked up
Been locked up, in my own mind
My thoughts will never be shut out

[Verse: Yung Lean]
I got an empire of emotional
Squad see me crusin', crusin' in my go kart
I'm War ho, I'm Warhol
I'm Wario when I'm in Mario Kart
Topping the charts
Ace in my cards
Choppa my locka when im writing these bars
Koka Kola Veins, I'm insane
I'm insane
Trip through memory lane
Out in Narashino and I see my own white shadows
A tad too close
Rad with a bad diagnose
Coke-filled nose
Too weird for them other fuck boys
Catch Lean and sad boys
Out in Europe, sippin' cristal
I'm smoking loud with my lost boys
All this money don't make me sad though
Rubber bands in my pants bur
Don't close yo eyes
And lean back though
Ya'll ain't ready for the lean in attack though
Lean, lean, lean
Yunging with my Team
Pumping RZA eating pizza
Man I'm living my dreams

[Hook x2]

[Verse 2]
My life I've comprehended, it's not a lie
I'm depended on my team
When I send it, I spit fire I'm an element
I’m everything
You're not irrelevant
Take it easy
Yeah we getting it
BBC pants yeah I’m getting rich
All this love I'm melting it (Though)
Don’t let me down I’m not meant for it
If you ask me, I might come for it
I'll take back to the rain forest
My heart and soul, yeah you tore it
I don't want to be here, but theres more of it
There's more of it
S-A-D B-O-Y-S
See me in the club with it tatted on my chest
S-A-D B-O-Y-S
See me in the cut with it tatted on my chest
See me on the bus, blowing sesh
Nothing less, we the best
Fuck the rest
Water in my lungs
Finna quest
I won't hit that earth
Fire, water, dirt
Too turnt, too burnt
Make mistakes, I guess I'll never learn
See, see that's my firm
Nike, Nike on my shirt
Bubbles bubbles, blowing bubbles
But I guess they'll never burst
Empire of my state of mind
I'mma do me, I'mma make it mine
I say fuck the shine
I say fuck the shine
Bitch I grind, bitch I grind
I'm hard to find

One of the best song writers of the last 50 years as far as I'm concerned.

That was nice, Tribesman.
Reminds me vaguely of an old NMH song.

For I am an engine and I'm holding on
Through endless revisions to state what I mean
For sweetness alone who flew out through the window
And landed back home in a garden of green

You're riding alone in the back of a steamer
And steaming yourself in the warm shower spray
And water rolls on off the round captain's belly
Who's talking to tigers from his cafeteria tray

And sweet babies cry for the cool taste of milking
That milky delight that invited us all
And if there's a taste in this life more inviting
Then wake up your windows and watch as those sweet babies crawl away
Oh oh dee dee dee dee dee dee dee dee

Also made me think you might like these other guys, Jose and James.
Shot in the dark.

Thanks Tropism

I have heard the latter two,
Jose Gonzalez is someone I listen to. James Vincent McMorrow I also enjoy listening to, but I've not heard of NMH and I like that song

My favourite Jose tune is Crosses,
And by JVM it would be Old dark machine.

Glad you liked

Awesome, I'd almost rather you'd heard of them. I really enjoyed the emotion in your song, and the rawness really reminds me of NMH. Grab In The Aeroplane Over The Sea, you won't regret it.

But I have wrote a few Strummers.

Can't resist the Tool in this thread. Maynard says so many things I feel -far better than I ever could.

A groan of tedium escapes me, startling the fearful.
Is this a test?
It has to be. Otherwise I can't go on.
Draining patience. drain vitality.
this paranoid, paralyzed vampire act's a little old.

But I'm still right here, giving blood and keeping faith. And I'm still right here.
But I'm still right here, giving blood and keeping faith. And I'm still right here.

I'm gonna wait it out

If there were no rewards to reap,
no loving embrace to see me through this tedious path I've chosen here,
I certainly would've walked away by now.

I'm gonna wait it out

If there were no desire to heal
The damaged and broken met along this tedious path I've chosen here,
I certainly would've walked away by now.

I still may. And I still may.
Be patient.

I must keep reminding myself of this...

If there were no rewards to reap,
no loving embrace to see me through this tedious path I've chosen here,
I certainly would've walked away by now.
And I still may. And I still may. And I still may.

I'm gonna wait it out.
I'm gonna wait it out.
Gonna wait it out.
Gonna wait it out.

Nice, I appreciate good finger picking. You have a soundcloud or anything?

Edit: Just had a flash back to JVM blowing me out of the water at a folk festival.
Wondering where the hell all his bands equipment is and if I have the right time of his show he comes out with just his guitar and his beard and just starts playing this bricktotheface of a set.  I'm tellin' ya, the dude had my attention after that.

Just heard this from the pub.  I felt the need to post it here for those of you that don't make it over there.
