Promising Panaeolus cinctulus idea

So I have 2 African Pygmy Goats that shit EVERYWHERE. Like dear god the amount of feces these guys leave. I could make a business on this stuff.
And lots of little straw bales to go around.
Anyway We have started a compost pile a few months ago (mid fall) and a lot of it is shitty straw from the goat pen.
If I found some Panaeolus cinctulus and dropped them in a water bottle with some water and salt, would I be able to drip the sporous solution all over the compost pile and reap some mad benefits from that?
Also When would be the most ideal time to do this? And how would I go about getting the spores in the first place? There's only one horse pasture here with a single horse and I don't want to trespass for a slim chance of a find. And no money to buy xD

You might have more success putting the spores in their water trough.

Would that allow the spores to germ in their stomachs or something?

As soon as I read this I knew I was gonna love this thread.
Wouldn't it be more reliable to spore print the shroom and then make a syringe etc and pasteurize your goat poop for a bulk substrate?
I remember asking about dumping spore solution directly on the substrate to a long time cultivator about 8 years ago. He had offered to give me free spores and I had no idea how mushroom cultivation worked. He said the chances of something like that working would be about 1 in 10,000. Then he told me he wouldn't give me any spores because he didn't want them to go to waste.

Yea you'll want the goats to drink the spores if you want any chance of spontaneous success without making some spawn first. I don't know if they germinate in the stomach or gut or if it just helps but I do know that's the way to go rather than spores to substrate.
