Found these mushrooms today in East Scotland. The mycologist that was with us strongly hinted at them being psychoactive, however didn't ID them and I wanted to make sure/find out a bit more before I go back and collect some more.

Habitat:
found growing on bark around a tree in the park, very close to the grass.

Gills:
Dark brown

Stem:
about 10cm length, 0.5cm diameter.

Cap:
brownish grey (was raining an hour or so before it was found)

Spore print color:
not sure

Bruising:
slight blueish bruising on the stem after touching

Other information:
Sorry for the quality of the pictures, was using my phone and had to be quick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Panaeolus species I think, but not one of the active varieties.  Get some clearer photos and you will get more help.

They are a Psathyrella species. They are not psychoactive. Hopefully the 'mycologist' was just trolling, and doesn't really think they're psychoactive.
