Possible Amanita's, ID please?

Hello everyone. I recently found these three mushrooms in some woods near where I live and was absolutely amazed at the sight of them after researching entheogenics and psychedelics for a while. I couldn't believe they were growing right here in my own backyard! So without further ado I shall provide their details, thanks in advance for any light you might be able to shed as I am not very experienced in these matters.
Habitat: North West UK woodland with many silver birch. These were growing from the roots of a youngish birch, the birch is about 8ft tall. Lots of bracken and thorn bushes around
Gills: White to cream, about 3ml apart, I think they're free.
Stem: 5 to 7 inches (12 to 18 cm), white to cream, stable, 2 to 3cm wide slightly narrowing towards the top, rubbery feel with instant return to shape as you release squeeze, spongey sort of texture inside the stem so in a way you might say its hollow (a narrow 'tube' leading to the cap. The base is a bulbous shape twice the width of the stem.
Cap: 5 to 7 inches, bright red and the second one was a more orangey colour, conical/spherical, one was convex then flattened out by the time I returned a few days later, the others were flat.
Spore print color: Unsure......
Bruising: Ive had them in the fridge now for about ten days and the gills have turned a sort of deep cream/sandy colour.
Other information: Scent is musty now but had only a mild fresh mushroom smell when picked. Where the stem meets the cap their is a more solid sort of ring, can add more photos if needed.
Also, what is the fridge life of these things? If they can be ID'd then I will put them to culinary use after doing some prep to rid them of the toxic substances, but I really like the sound of this post: http://www.shroomery.org/8667/Amanita-muscaria-A-New-Outlook although he does not mention any sort of boiling of his mushrooms as others have suggested. He mentions mincing them with garlic, pickles, vinegar and salt and preserving them with salt

I'm struggling to add the photos directly to the post, maybe this link to them will work? http://www.shroomery.org/forums/upload.php?action=viewthumb&folder=

Excellent news, thanks mate. How can you tell so quickly, are they just that distinctive? I've read in places that their are deadly ones that look similar, while others sources say that Amanita Muscaria/Fly Agaric are very easy to ID as their are no look-alikes, so i'm not sure what to believe.
Now, if anyone reading this knows how long they keep in a fridge (wasnt sure what to do with em as I haven't had a whole lot of time to research them), and knows of any signs on the mushrooms that indicate they're too old, i'd appreciate your insight.
Plus, any preparation tips for a first timer. I've read a bit about people pickling them, dipping in rum and freezing them, drying them etc. I think i'd like to try what this guy does http://www.shroomery.org/8667/Amanita-muscaria-A-New-Outlook (he eats a small amount for breakfast to see him through the harsh winter) as it sounds like a nice introduction to Muscaria and a good way of building confidence with them before I pick some more next year and do some real work with them
Thankyou!
