I am in Australia , Most preludes here are Over 5k... believe it or not lol, our car market is weird.
The car has had all its major service done, and road worthy means that the car will be checked by qualified mechanics and anything wrong with it will be paid for by the original owner
Good deal too me 5,000 is not alot of money

Sounds good, OP. Definitely keep a positive attitude, Hondas are usually very reliable cars. Not being able to drive yourself from point A to point B can be a real drag sometimes, now you don't have to worry about that.

Raced a buddy that had a prelude in my mustang, kept up pretty well for a four banger with a cam and exhaust. Ive heard the h22 is a pretty solid motor. Youll definately want to keep your first car forever, I wish I would have.

Mine had teddy bear rims on it that were worth more than the car itself (parents bought and gave it to me)
I tore them bitches off sold them for 1200 and bought tires for 200 =D
Plus I got tons of pussy as the "teddy bear rim guy"

If i was in america i guess.... over here the options as a P plater are limited too Holden Commodores Ford Falcons, Shitty 1.8 L buzz boxes, nothing Turbo.....
Im not a Bogan So i choose to go with the Honda, For some reason Hondas are expensive here, Like a 92-98 Civic (vti-r) will set you back like 8 grand...a 2000 + Integra will be like 15- 20 grand lol
prelude was a wise option , they are real beautiful cars in my eyes, and that H22 ohhhhh yeaaaaaaa

I hope you're searching for a new car soon or good at tinkering with cars
That isn't shit. My car hit 280k last month.
And it runs like a dream. I can bet you anything it will run to at least 350k before it needs another $500. I spent $1400 on it 2 years ago and in total have put $300 in it for routine maintenance and 2 new tires. Some car companies (not american made pieces of shit) know how to make a reliable car and don't charge ridiculous amounts of money for them.
Toyota and honda for life. Easy to repair because unlike most car companies, they don't go out of their way to complicate their cars so that they can actually be worked on easily by 3rd parties. AND they are extremely reliable. Subaru is a pretty good company, too.
