Contam on petri dish?

I think this is cobweb anyone concur? The growth is very 3d it's light and wispy and not bright white. I never saw any of my dishes run like this and all the ones I made at the same time as this didn't grow nearly that far away from the center yet. This is a pin put on agar it was dunked in full strength h2o2 while my SAB's air was coming to a rest. The other pins to agar have rhizos running out radially(I didn't take a picture because I wanted to leave them as clean as possible). I made some transfers from the good dishes that were made with pins onto new plates earlier so hopefully only a couple more transfers before I get to some isolates.

Yea this one just looked funny to me. All the other dishes made from pins had growth slightly bigger than the white spot in the middle of this plate and it definitely didn't look like this one at all.
I more or less want to know if this really is cobweb or some other white mold even. I just want to know for myself what cobweb really looks like since I only have an idea from reading.

Yes, that is cobweb mold.

This is bunk, don't do this.
Nobody does this.
Just place the pin on agar and call it a day.
Peroxide is going to shock the mycellium just when you want it to grow faster.

Good to know. I made like 10 dishes from pins and some from more from the tissue inside of mature fruits. The tissue from inside of mature fruits looks best. Probably because I didn't fuck with it.
Since these are glass dishes with loose lids it's probably not advisable to move them all around to take pictures if they have good viable myc on them? I'm wrapping them with foil that I used to PC the plates. Open them in the SAB and then close the foil back up after using it. I only do this because sometimes I accidentally move the lid around way too much trying to pick up the dishes without the foil since the glass is kind of a bitch to work with. The leading edge of the lid for the dish must be full of contams since I have to slide my hand under it to get to the inner/bottom dish to pick it up without the foil. Maybe it's overkill but I feel like the dishes are pretty much useless if I don't pick them up between the sandwich of foil that I wrapped each one in. I think that's why my first run of dishes had so much contamination. I'm getting better results doing it this way. I really just need to buy disposable plastic dishes and end my hassle.
