Hi i posted this across at the bluelight forums and they directed me here...
Hi ya'll!!
First time poster, long time lurker...
I am wondering if anyone can identify these shrooms? i live on the back of a lake and found them growing during the rainy weeks. I was wondering if any knows if they have psychedelic properties... I wish to consume these i was hoping someone could inform me if i am making a dangerous or a really good decision

Habitat: I found all of these in Eugene, Oregon beside the walking track where fresh soil had been placed after the laying of a new concrete path. There were below a dead wood tree on the ground. Characteristics of the gills: I have tried to provide photos of each specifically. The last two pictures of mushrooms have brown gills with a more purple blue on the very last. The first picture with the orange head, seems to have white gill, however the gills are not predominate on this. Characteristics of the stem: The stem in the first picture is white with a yellow tinge. When i split the stem open, it is a clear white inside. This is the same for the third picture. The second you can really only break the stem, which is a brown type of shroom. Characteristics of the cap: The first and last had a clear gooey film on the top. The second picture, they did not. Spore print color (very important!): Both the first and second don't really have a predominate spore print. The last picture though has a blue/purple print. Color that the mushroom bruises - They don't really bruise. Scent of the mushroom - They all smell like the soil. no distinct smells.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated...

Clearer photos would clear some things up probably but I will take a shot.
#1 looks like Pholiota to me
#2 Psathyrella species?
#3 Probably an inactive species

It's good to see you agree, maybe an Inocybe for #3?
I am happy that I finally wasn't the slow ass typer who writes the same thing as someone else.

Damn but thanks for the information.. I ate some of the supposed Pholiota before I understood the risk, so I am glad that this variety does not have any extreme dangers - although 14 hours later my stomach still feels queazy...
mod edit: asking for specific locations is not allowed

Those aren't Pholiota, they are Leratiomyces percevalii.
Did they really make your stomach upset?
How many did you eat and how long did it take for your stomach to feel off?

He is right, Alan is better than any field guide around.
For future reference, avoid eating unidentified mushrooms.
