Just planted 3 Costoluto Fiorentino seeds. Never grown any other tomato besides the normal ones! Also never have really had a successful grow with my apartment patio, only back at my old house where shit flourished in an actual yard. Partly my bad for forgetting to water. Anyways!
Here is what this variety looks like!

Fox Farm Soil EarthWorm Casting Top Soil Seaweed extract

that looks like a awesome fruit right there. I am so tired of tomatoes right now, my yeild this year will be in excess of 100 lbs. Next year i might go for this variety.

If I had the option to plant in the ground I would love too. I can't though; I live in an apartment. Anyways as for the sun part, I'm in Phoenix, Az we get LOTS of sun!! Although they won't be in direct, optimal sunlight, I think they'll do find. yeah I got a few seeds from other tomatoes but never seem to get them to germinate. anxiously waiting for them to sprout up. got 3 going.

Growing tomatoes is so rewarding, i wish someone came up with a way to make them perennial. It is depressing to see them wither and die, Protect that tomato seedling with snail poison pellets! A lot of snails where i live.

Yeah I want to breed my own variety. I was thinking of crossing this roma tomato with this variety. a lot easier when male and female parts are on the same plant unlike weed.

I can over winter tomatoes here, but i want them out for winter crops. Garlic, onion, raddish, broccoli, etc
living in a warmer zone is pretty cool. We have a pepper plant at work that has survived for about 5 years just being semi protected by being planted close to a wall.
