Monotub polyfill question

Hi all, my first run at monotubs. Hoping they do well so I can move away from this GH. Followed FrankHorrigan's tek here: www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17332777/fpart/all/vc/1
There were a few things I was nervous about and wanted some clarification/support on. The bottom holes are supposed to be stuffed quite tightly, but, is there a point of it being too tight? And the top hole is done loose to the point of almost falling out.
I have some lack of condensation below my top holes, but cannot really tell on the bottom ones (supposed to be a small area beneath with no condensation.) What are your thoughts, dear shroomery? Do I need to fan some more, or what?

Not really.
It is quite impossible to stuff them too tight with polyester fibers.

There is no need to fan monotubs.
Loosen the bottom just a tad, and tighten the top just a tad....
Find the happy medium where it gives you rings of dryness around each hole.
There should also be a fan oscillating in the same room, this helps a lot.

Thx mightbeahacker. I've got a non oscillating fan running at the moment, blowing near, but not directly at, the tubs.
I felt as though I had a case of nervous noobness creeping in; generally cured by posting on here of course. Thanks again!
If anyone else sees anything egregiously wrong or in need of improvement, please, chime in!
