Knotting, pinning, and FAE

Hey guys. Got 3 monotubs that have been fruiting for 7 days; colonized for 21. Coir and vermiculite substrate spawned 1:2.
One of my tubs has yet to start Knotting. There are no signs of contamination and it is not dried out. Picture below. I'm assuming I just need to wait, but any tips would be appreciated. I have a feeling that my FAE isn't proper. Pictures below.

Loosen up some of the polyfill in the top holes.
You could also try fanning out the tubs everyday, but this should not be needed.
Sometimes pinning just takes time.
What variety are you growing?

And the polyfil has been loose. Like almost falling out loose. I've even removed it from one or both holes at times.

i would add two holes near the top.. every monotub ive seen has two holes a couple inches above the sub and a couple holes right below the top of the tub.

I do have two holes at the top. 2 holes at sub level, on each side, and a hole at the top on each side near the handles. Typical monotub setup. 6 holes in total, 1.5" in diameter.
Is more holes a new design that I've missed? Would more holes help more than removing the poly from the top holes?
