probably not because it is temporary?
i think depending on your state, you can just tell the doctor you have x condition, and presto, med mar card

Depends on the state I'm sure...I see you're in Minnesota, but I'm just as lazy as you are and don't feel like googling it .
I think California has the most relaxed requirements for a medical cannabis card, I have no doubt one would be able to get one here with that "ailment". Not so sure about Minnesota.
google that shit, it's 2013 dog!

No.
They'd probably laugh at you. Plus, going in and saying that it is kidney stones you can't take that back, so go in and say you have chronic pain instead.

Tell them you suffer from chronic headaches. That will do the trick.

Except don't, because there's no such thing as a medical MJ card in Minnesota.

I did a little search around...didn't find anything saying that kidney stones are listed as an official "ailment/illness" in any state, but I read words from several people that mentioned cannabis helped keep any pain/discomfort associated with the stones in check.
I've lost track of what states are medical now, but as others have started to point out, Minnesota hasn't legalized medical cannabis....So, eh, how were you planning on going about that?
Are you just trying to find a reason to get a card so you can smoke the herb a bit more legitimately? Or are you really trying to dull down the pain associated with them stones?...or yes to both of those? I suggest looking into kratom if you want something that's easy to get that will dull down pain, though it is a diuretic, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing when it comes to stones. Kratom will actually dull pain more so than cannabis...Cannabis will dull pain to an extent, but generally what cannabis is really good at is getting your mind off distracting pain, making it seem like the pain is dulled down more so than it is....What ever works though, right!?

Yea man I kinda am just using this to get a card because I understand it won't help that much, but it's cheaper and the weed is always premium.

hope you get MMJ..ive smoked weed for 18 years and I must say it does absolutely nothing for my pain..it actually makes me focus on the pain worse..i use my MMJ for nausea and opiates for pain
as far as kidney stones go,probably not...usally the condition has to be chronic although KS will be painful and chronic if you don't get them removed which can kill you

You want to travel across state lines from one med state to a non med state with medical buds?
not a good idea, but go for it if you really want

I would move to the state that had the medicinal buds. I wouldn't be driving back and forth man.

In that case, I'd just say you have anxiety. If you move to Michigan move to the UP, waaaaay nicer up there than the rest of the state.
