Safe to move jars during colonization?

Ill try to make this quick. I ordered this spore syringe and had it sent to my mothers (i dont live with her and they dont mind that kind of stuff), and apparently it just arrived. I was going to prepare the jars and inoculate them at her house, then move them to my other house. Its about a 20 minute drive. Should I do this? Or find time to prepare them at my house? Any higher risk of contams? Things to do to prevent them? Any feedback is appreciated
Oh and i dont know if this matters or not, but im doing the half pint pf jars. BRF/verm mix.

Shouldn't be too bad. Just try to avoid bumpy roads and what not.

You need to avoid disturbing the dry verm layer which is catching all the contams.
If you mess with the jars enough, the verm will fall down the sides of the jar into the moist substrate material and contam your cake.
I would do it when you get home, then place them on a shelf and let them be for a few weeks.
