Crying is good for the soul. Sometimes a person just needs to cry. I will never be ashamed because of it.  Sometimes it's just necessary.

Yeah, I agree completely. There's nothing wrong with it =)

Im not trying to sound like a manly man, trust me, if anything I come off gay because of how picky and neat and thin I am, even though im probably a pervert lol.. I cant cry, its actually caused problems, I feel like is look crazy in certain situations, when I was caught cheating, I was soooo crushed, I had just bought her a promise ring, I was stupid, I wanted to cry, to show her I cared, I made the squinching cry face, and made it look like I was crying, minus the tears, it didnt look genuine.

My grandma died when I was around 7, I had to pretend.. I feel ashamed to say this because I feel like im dishonoring her some how, but I do feel pain, if anything imo sometimes more than others, but I come off as ALWAYS chill, everyone tells me how chill I am, this makes me horrible at consoling people..

When I was younger I had to go to a therapist because me and my dad got into a big fight (lol i know) and the therapist said I had slight sociopathic tendancies, I over heard them talking about it in their room, I felt betrayed, like he was closer with them or something and he wasnt really my therapist but someonee hired to help my parents, idk I was like 10.

The strange thing is im the nicest guy ever, but its random, sometimes I can be a huuuge asshole.

Sometimes I think im bi-polar, but instead of mania/depressioon I have a milder form with just mania/normal

Ive never understood crying from joy, like how does that happen lol. Oh wait I have cried from laughing before actually, but that was like 5 or so years ago.

Last time I cried was probably when I was little and I got grounded or something taken away, but that seems like such a looong time of not crying, isnt it healthy to cry or something?

Hm, maybe id cry if I won the lotto id cry, actually I dont know what id do, which means maybe id cry. Id probably just freeze for 1 minute thinking and then go crazy blowing up peoples phones.

Id probably be super paranoid and call them and tell them to arrange it, I wouldnt trust the person to hold my ticket and read it.

Well... happiness is a really strong emotion, as is sadness. It's not like I try to, it just kind of happens. I've cried from happiness before, like when meeting close friends or family after being apart for many years. Or when seeing or experiencing amazing acts of kindness.

I couldn't agree with you more. As much as it hurts when it's happening, I always feel wonderful after a good cry, cos I got everything out. It's better than repressing things. I'm surprised to find that more Pubbers don't cry more often. I cry quite a lot, actually.

Honestly, the last time I cried was yesterday evening at work (of all places, ugh). I was driving along and heard Pink Floyd come on and it made me think of a guy I fell really hard for this past year. I can't remember which song it was (there's an XM channel that plays nothing but Floyd all night, could've been anything really), but as soon as I thought of him, the tears started. I tried so hard to keep them from falling (you guys will probably know what I mean?), but it was so difficult. I really felt like weeping and completely letting go, but told myself to please keep my composure, this was no place for this kind of emotion....

Hmm the last few times I've cried were either on shrooms or just built up emotion coupled with loneliness.

A couple years back I cried in front of 3 or 4 close friends, they woke me up from 2 hours of meth binge ending sleep and one was filming me being a dick and my nose started bleeding from all the speed and I just felt pathetic and started bawling.

I cried a few days ago. I had some anger pent up at a real close friend I thought I could just sit on an it would go away. Instead the anger festered and I cried my face off for like 10 minutes. Ive felt so much better since.

Before that was putting my dog down last December. She was the first dog I ever owned. Holly. Such a good girl. THAT was rough. I was crying so hard I couldnt see had full snot works flowing. It was bad.

Been almost a year. Dont even want another dog. Dont know if I ever will. I still get a little short of breath an teary when coworkers or friends are talkin about their dogs

This song...

...the feeling of loss in general.  Just earlier today.

Nevermind, I just listened to it again.  This song makes me cry every time, seriously.  So make that, just now.

Sorry to sound uninterested in everyone else before me, but i wasn't in the mood to read everyone elses post tonight.
I'm intoxicate from alcohol right now and am currently battling an alcohol problem. I don't yet encounter physical dependence thank god, but mentally it has me amongst its finger tips. I consider my addiction in the minor category, but it still haunts me because it is the only addiction i have that changes my physical behavior, (and once intoxicated, sometimes not in a desirable way).
I have some close friends whom know about this account on this website, and because of this i post personal shit on the anonymous thread, when i need to post personal stuff usually.
Today, i think fuck it! and thought i'd share.
Tonight i'm crying, although no one knows. Why? because i hate everyone i know in some way or another!!! It drives me absolutely crazy. I've been like this for a long time now, and then something happened that i won't mention, that changed me a little. I changed my views on things. Things begun to look very positive for a while. I used to always want to be different to everyone else, but suddenly realized that, that's how most people think, and the only true way to be different is to be what everyone else thought was 'the same'. I begun trying this, but then i realized that i can only learn so much through 'learning' and exercising what has been learnt, can be a much much bigger challenge. This challenge is very very over whelming to me.
I still haven't walked out the full length of this path, but i found my way to this path, because without a doubt there is something missing in my life, and i have no idea what it is. I used to think it was a woman, but am not so sure anymore.
Although i'm still following that path, it is only because i began to follow it, and can't see any other alternative that has the potential to fill that gap i previously mentioned.
Today i begun to doubt that the path i've chosen to take has the potential i previously thought it did.
I cried privately to my self. Didn't accomplish anything and just feel miserable afterwards. What is the point of crying seriously? I've been a cry baby ever since i was a kid. I've managed to hide it better as i've grown, but emotionally, it seeps out, either through the form of of water dripping from my eyes and nose, or in uncalled for angry out burst; but it's there.
Kind of hate my emotional reactions to things because of this. I'm working on this flaw and many more of mine, but they bind me at times.
I cried because 'feel' like there's something missing from my life, but i can't 'logically' pin point and fix what it is. When this method failed, i also tried emotionally searching for what it is, which fit with the whole 'feel' emotion, but i still couldn't find it.
There's something missing from me, and it brings out every negative emotion in me. :feelssadman:
