BRF Jars not Colonizing ?!?!

Hey Guys, the title says it, new grower here.
So I've attempted three runs following the 2:1:1 ratio, much research on here, mycoptopia and fungi fun, and the Lets Grow mushrooms videos. First batch seemed promising, there was actually some rhizomorphic growth however mold and/or bacteria beat out the rhizo. For the batch, I did not yet have a pressure cooker so I steamed for 1.5 hours.
The next batch I used a different syringe for the multispore, and a pressure cooker. For inoculation I did a glovebox vs open oven for the first batch. After more than two weeks not a single jar had shown a bit of growth, not mold, not bacteria, not a thing !!! I have pretty much deemed these duds
Six days ago I inoculated 4 more jars with a different syringe(decreasing number of jars each time as they keep coming up unsuccessful). Again not a single jar shows a thing.
PC'ing for 60 minutes - with layer of lids on bottom of pot with thick layer of foil on top for jars, water level up to tin foil - could I be burning the substrate up ? 4 inoculation points each getting enough spore juice to show a dribble spot down side of jar - Syringe is shaken before each inoculation. After I flame the needle I let it cool for just a second then give it a squirt to cool it before injecting. Temps range from 65-75F. I used a TIT for first operation, but stopped for second two as I read they were good breeding grounds for bacteria.
I got the 3 syringes from a friend who had ordered them for me with his order, they were unopend/tampered with etc. I'm beginning to think the second two were duds because I used the same process (with addition of widemouth jars, PC and glovebox as upgrades) and mixture ratios. I spray lysol into the glovebox and let it sit a while before I commence inocculating, could this somehow be rendering the jars impotent ?
Any thoughts ??

did you give your syringes a good shake before inoculating? spores tend to form clumps sometimes. I inoculated my second batch two weeks ago and out of the 13 jars 3 were showing no growth around the 9 day mark.I re-inoculated the offending jars, this time giving the syringe a healthy shake between jars(no re-sterilization) and they are colonizing fine this time around, gotta make sure you are not shooting blanks/low spore count into your jars
