From your experience. how long do rye jars take to colonize 100% using a spore syringe?
I would be using 2-3cc's per rye quart jar.
How long do you think it would take the jars to colonize 100%?

IDK as I use popcorn, but that is way too much spore solution. I would 1cc at most.

if you use too much liquid culture, it sometimes f's with the water content of the jar and make colonization hard/impossible

I've been doing a lot of reading and research, and I believe with what I've read over the last week, that is too much - 1-1.5-2 cc's through three-four inoculation ports would suffice.

Why use that much?
Only a few drops is needed for growth...stretch that shit...lol.
Using more is not always going to mean faster growth.
Spores can take up to 2+ weeks in some cases to germinate and show growth.
After that, it could take anywhere from 1-2.5 weeks depending on different variables.
Shake the grain jar when it hits 20-30% to spread out the inoculation points and speed up colonization.
Spores are potent, and go a long freakin way, so use them wisely.
Or just keep putting out money for them....

About 3 weeks. Do a grain to grain later and shave 5 days off your next grow.
