Interesting, thanks...  I'm guessing no way to find out since I don't have a microscope though.

You could mail a dried specimen or two to one of us who does, but I'm not sold on P. allenii based on minor points of macro-morphology.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.

I have a single print I'd part with to mail to someone if they wanted to confirm the ID through microscopy.  It's kinda light but totally serviceable.
