So with a desire to do better in school, in exercising and overall body function, to see if all this stuff really can make for a better me I'm about to drop some $ on some sought after shit. My main idea came from looking through Joe Rogan's Onnit selection then decided if I was going to go through an expensive bottle real quick why not buy bulk in the ingredients that really do matter?
https://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/#ingredients-use
After searching deciding to stay with some of the usual stuff I take now like fish-oil (1200mg- 360 omega-3) 500mg vitamin C and I also have some nasal meds because I haven't gotten to the bottom of a ear.nose.throat problem(zyrtec,allerease-fluticasone) my right nostril/face side always sucks
what I see appealing are things like Alpha GPC + Huperzine A( mental cognition tandem) L-tyrosine maybe some L arginine(vasodilator) exercise clears me up but when i settle back down i can get congested again vincpotecine(blood flow to the brain) cordyceps sinesis mushroom echinacea(immune/energy) reishi/chaga mushroom extracts astragalus("unlocks the power of mushrooms") jujube(anti-stress/relax)
and etc etc.. anyone have a good take on some of this stuff, or an entirely different approach to becoming a better person?(and I already try and eat the best I can and exercise well, I've been an athlete a long time too)

haven't read one thing about changing your food regimen up, i suggest you start there.
if you are, you really need to work on eating veggies, and fruits. spinach/broccoli/lettuce are a Must, and if your serious about changing your health regimen you should be eating those everyday switchin it up for other veggies sometimes like carrots/celery/asparagus/collard greens/etc.. use a blender with a scoop of protein and some organic peanut butter to mask some of the taste...
in my research ive found a few good supplements, and tons of overrated and useless ones. ill share with you the good ones.
Fish Oil, Matcha green tea because of the ridiculous amount of anti-oxidants in it, also pre- refrigderated probiotics (few times a week) also sometimes a amino acid supplement even tho i really dont need it because my diet is full of complete proteins/amino acid profiles. i get most of my nutrients from food and the powder i mentioned above, those are goingto help your health out more then anything you listed above and you Will notice a difference in a couple of weeks, a huge noticeable difference in your mood/energy/wellbeing. AOR products in general are reputable they have a AOR beets n berries which is a vegetable formula, high quality, they'll have everything you really need in great quality. i also recommend oxiomega greens, or green vibrance, these are also crazy good powders. i would buy two of these an alternate. this is not a substitute, this is something i throw in along with my veggies in the blender, an i got myself one of the healthiest drinks there is. i consider the real food i eat to be the best supplements along with the powder which is all natural and extracted with the intent to preserve the benefits. they all have crazy good profiles.
