Is this a poisonus mushroom? pls help id

my psychic intuition is telling me that this is a poisonus even deadly mushroom but im not sure..
i tried a little to see if it will get me sick and nothing happened but that could be because of small dose
what do you think?

Your psychic intuition is completely shot, that's Coprinopsis picacea, and most likely harmless, suspected to contain coprine, but probably doesn't.

thank you very much tho, i really wanted to know the name of this mushroom, theyre very common here and i dont know why but everytime i see them i just cant stop staring at them...i wanted to know so much about these and i guess they will stop haunting me now..

Yeah, well, wikipedia also says Panaeolina foenisecii contains psilocybin...
As I said, there are rumours that C. picacea contains toxin coprine like some other Coprinopsis species, but it's most likely bollocks. It's not substantial enough to eat anyway, but it's very pretty to look at.

SydFloyd: You know that even lethal doses of mushrooms can take as long as 2 weeks to show symptoms and start making you sick, right?

Eating a piece of mushroom to see if it will make you ill is not only stupid, it doesn't tell you anything about whether the mushroom is deadly or not.
