patience. Humidity is your friend, you don't use damprid in a SGFC.

1 week is nothing. Especially if you didn't let them consolidate. Patience. They will come.

I think having one pin proves your conditions will get you something. Here's what I have after 9 days, but allowing time consolidation is the key as highc said. Jars I birthed early took longer to pin than jars that consolidated in the jars. jars that took longer to consolidate but pinned near the top before birth are caught up with jars that birthed weeks earlier.

Can you explain exactly what consolidating is?

After a jar is 100% colonized, the myc is getting stronger by eating the nutrients within the jar is my novice understanding.............but from what I've seen in my limited experience the myc will take it's own sweet time to do this whether you birth quickly (100% colonized) or patiently (1 week after 100% colonized is recommended). The theory is that your cake will be stronger and less likely to contaminate if you let it consolidate in the jar for a week before you dunk/roll/SFGC.

Correct! Consolidation is where the mycelium consumes part or most of the substrate after colonizing it. It's fine to leave for two or three weeks though. By not allowing the substrate to consolidate will result in your cakes just sitting in your fruiting chamber for an extra week+ just don't out. Much more beneficial just to leave them in the jars.

They consolidated for little over a week. I started counting when the last jar finished.

I've seen advice to give them 2-3 weeks before you panic. A lot of that depends on your growing conditions I believe as well as the maturity of the cakes and how much shock / handling they have endured.

Wasn't panicking. Just wanted tips. I've read this site a million times. I know it'll come because its begun. Wanted tips on moving forward. I realize humidity and patience bud... thats how I've got rhis far. Damprid is for drying mushies... not for in the chamber clearly.. more of which damprid people use. They have packets and loose damprid...

You might search for pinning triggers, a couple major ones being water evaporation off of the substrate. Obtained by misting the cakes directly then fanning well multiple times a day. But of course the SGFC was designed to be able to be be left unattended for 12 hours.I've even left unattended for upwards of 14.
Another fresh air exchange and optimum humidity. Usually between 10-14 days on average is when everything will pay off. Patience, just continue what you're doing. Love them and in return they will do the same.

Your damprid comment seemed to be your proposed solution to no pinning in your chamber. Seems like you have two different thoughts / questions in the same thread, it really wasn't clear. Just trying to help man, I have no idea what you've read or what your experience level is all I had was the limited information in your first two posts.
