Getting into greenhouse growing

So im about to ditch tub style grows for the moment and get into greenhouse grows, instead of putting all my eggs into one basket so to speak.
The purpose of this post is to explore the ways i can spawn to a bulk substrate for the purpose of greenhouse fruiting. The main things i am considering is either aluminum trays, or spawn to a spawn bag of pasteurized substrate.
What would you guys go with, or is there another method that i should direct my interest towards?

Plastic trays would be your best best. Mycelium will eat through aluminum. If you use aluminum, use a plastic liner in your trays

I have a greenhouse but it's a big transition... why stop growing in tubs?

I'll probably keep doing tubs every now and then. I just want a greenhouse area to do smaller scaled grows and perfect some procedures, as well as do other, more difficult species.

I don't know what you need to satisfy qtf but using the search engine here will turn up a few discussions on it. I tried it and each tray ended up with holes. The mycelium doesn't actually eat through the aluminum, rather it's metabolites dissolve it. I believe there's acetone in the metabolites but I could be wrong on that. But aluminum and mycelium do not mix well. Another observation of mine; the areas that did dissolve the aluminum kinda decolonized in a weird way. I spawned wbs to coir/verm and the areas by the dissolved spots became black like coir and it pinned like crazy but then was a door for contams. Hope this helps, use plastic!!!
