So here's the deal, ever since I've done lsa ( 21 hbwrs 1.5 months ago) I can't sleep right and I'm having phantom highs. I'm in the process of quitting smoking weed and now if I smoke or not I feel disconnected with reality. Been heavily smoking for 3montgs, on and off for yrs. I'll lay In bed and it's like my brain is on overdrive. For instance I smoked 2 bowls with 2 friends tonight. Last one at 10:39. It's 3:47 and I feel sober but everthing looks like I'm high still. I've tried to fall asleep numurous times and nothing. I lay there with my eyes closed while my mind sky rockets. Some help would be great. I'm going fucking insane. I've tried to suffer it. No luck. Threw up bc my stomach was upset, thought it was causing te anxiety, helped alittle. Some help would be great.

You're not alone, man. Sounds like maybe you're going through depersonalization.

First let me tell you that what you are going through it's quite normal. It is mostly the cannabis that brings back some of the effects or your high has been altered ( both perception and physically/chemically ).
After a big trip you really have to spend some time to integrate the experience. Try to think and make the best out of it. Spend some time and then spend some more.
As I said its quite normal to feel fear and not be able to sleep/feel anxious etc . Please try to make the best out of it.
If it gets to something that you can't REALLY handle then change things you do . For example stop smoking cannabis for a while. Eat healthy and don't use any stimulants ( including tea or coffee ) . If you exercise during the day ( even a 4km walk should do it ) then you will be able to drift into sleep much more easily . Also use chamomile. It's very very good for relaxing you and helping you sleep also it's quite good for anxiety.
My perception on the weed high have changed after I did a big dose , especially the first 4 months and if you have a low tolerance then weed high lasts a LONG time. I know I feel kinda sober after 2-3 hours but I'm still high and definitely under the influence. I need at least 6 hours to feel COMPLETELY sober with no racing thoughts etc. I know exactly what you mean with the racing thoughts/unable to sleep , it kinda feels like going insane... You are gonna be fine trust me , you just need some time.
Once again , what you are going through is normal, try to make the best out of this "uncomfortable" situation. Spend time for self-analysis. Eat healthy and exercise. You'll sleep like a baby after a day of exercising. At the moment you are still rewiring your brain after the big trip. And I said if it gets TOO uncomfortable use chamomile before you sleep, it's magic. Also you can use StJohn Wort and valerian root.
Respect your body chemistry !

L33t: thanks for the extra info. I figured out the coffee thing today. When I got the jitters from the caffeine it made me realize It wasn't helping. I'll try the chamomile out ASAP.. I'm starting to work out again. You were right with just the over dosing my brain with lsa and weed. I'm gonna stop smoking for awhile and when( i know I will, music + weed is the best) I'm gonna take it easy. I have been so high so often I lost track of how log I've been getting stoned. I have gotten ripped out of my mind high for almost 3 months with maybe 5 total sober days. Ontop of not working out to push it through, bad idea. Thanks for all the help guys. I have deffinitely got more of a handle on things now. I don't feel like I'm going quite as insane! Haha. Shroomery.org and all the members: you are all a life saver or a mind saver lol. Seriously thank you

Is there any way you can work with that feeling to make it positive?
I guess advice I've heard is to work-out (you've already made that step), take vitamins and your omega 3's (don't know if it directly helps, but it helps with a lot of things) and lay off the weed (which you've done). It looks like you'll be doing fine in a little while, just give it some time.
