So i have had some moisture get in my jars some how and im going to use microspore tape with my brf half pints... would it be okay to wrap the whole jar in foil real nice so that no water can get in? cuz sometimes i feel like when its just on the top it falls off easily and two sheets doesnt make a difference really in a crowded PC

Honestly, I've never experienced your problem with tight fitting foil over the top of the jars.
Maybe someone else can chime in.

might be from violent bubbling inside the pressure cooker. i always put it on high and wait for the steam to be flowing good then put the weight on and turn it down just a little and let the weight get jumpy and then turn it to medium so its at a steady pulse.but for some reason my foil in my jars got blackened from the PC

I've never had such an experience .
Once your PC gets up to pressure you should turn it down as far as it can go. Usually, this ends up being around 2/10 on the heat. The pressure inside the jars should be almost equal at all stages though, so that shouldn't be the problem unless you're pulling the weight after the cooking time.

well dont you have to keep the weight at a steady bounce so that it stays at steady 15psi.

It's ok to wrap the whole jar in aluminium foil. Its normal that your foil get black wehere it stands in the water.

I don't think you have to OP. It is a huge waste of foil, and might get messy. If your using microspore tape and a little foil on the top you shouldn't have any water in your jars. If you do, you might be adding to much water to your PC, or to your mixture before it is put into the PC.
Hope that helps.

It's no wonder.
You're supposed to turn the stove down to the lowest possible setting which will maintain pressure. Don't allow the weight to giggle at all, or only once every minute or two at most.
The foil goes on top only, and you take it back off as soon as you remove the jars from the sterilizer. RR

I have to let mine giggle or it will drop below 15psi.

I had the same problem my first time. Maybe try using Tyvek as a cover and place it above the first seal, but below the screw on lid. Should create a good seal. Correct me if this is a bad idea! I read of someone else doing this.
If not, listen to what RR said about the lowest possible setting.
Or just try using lots of foil.
Good luck.
