Grr white (and slightly pink) powder... Confirm contam + steps to prevent

Hi there,
I'm just about to PC a bunch of contamed jars from two different batches. One done with RGS and on done with rye berries.
I'm 99.9% sure they're contamed but I'd just like a second opinion.
If they are contamed, anyone know how almost every jar got this pink (started as white) powdering looking contam? I use self healing injection port custom lids with SFD pieces for AE. I also innoc'ed each in an SAB (which I felt was overkill due to the injection ports.. but STILL contams!).
I opened a jar that was possibly contamed in my home (I'm an idiot, I know)... So that's my guess as the cause of all my problems. Anyone know how to completely clean a home to fix this? I've used disinfectant Mr. Clean (pass 1) and 70% isopropyl (pass 2) on EVERYTHING (counters, walls, floors) in my home. I wish I could find oust air sanitizer, it sounds good.
Oh and if by 0.001% chance these AREN'T contams... catch me quick cuz I'm about to PC the next batch of jars for 3 hours. (Too cheap to buy more glass, 3 hours should do it, no?)
Pictures follow:

Doing so. God damn, I thought I did everything possible to prevent contams. Injection ports, SAB, the whole 9 yards (short of a laminar flow hood).
Another guess I have:
The SFDs are on the outside of the lids (I thought this would make it easier to shake the jars... I heard grain touching SFD is a bad thing). After PCing to sterilize the grains the SFDs were a little damp. I've read contams can spawn on the outside of damp SFDs and work their way through. Should I use a different technique next time and ditch my lids?

No, you're fine. Those lids work for many on this forum. I've not experienced any problems with shaking the jars. If the grains have the right amount of moisture, they shouldn't make your filter wet when being shaken.

Damn I'm out of guesses then.
So it's unlikely anything can get through the SFDs?
I'm leaning towards issues with the MS syringes I used. This is the most common noob comment though, so I'm reluctant to assume it's not me.

Other than that, if ur sterile procedure is good, which it seems to be, id have to say your syringes. Look into agar.

These will help. Though u have to understand that nothing will ever sterilize your home of mold spores. They will always be present in the open air, no matter what you do, short of building your own CDC grade lab. Thats why sterile procedures are nessacary.

I've never had good results using jars filled all the way to the top. 2/3 is about as high as I'll go. Perhaps that could be the issue or at least the precursor.. I can only speculate on this but I would think more air in the jar might allow a small amount of water to evaporate which would cut down a little of the pooling water.

If prepared properly, there should be no pooling or loose water in spawn jars. Also the amount you put in them will do nothing short of making colonization longer.

That's my plan. I need to get a nice shroom first though. I'm looking for A) monster rhizo on the grain B) A nice large fruit from A) ...
As soon as I get that it's off to agar and mono strain for me. Once that's solid, more stains! ./evil laugh
I don't think it's absurd to expect such EVENTUALLY with multispore syringes... I'm patient. I enjoy this.

Excellent advice. I'll only go < 2/3rds next time. Thank you.
