The last 2 look like Amanita muscaria persicina, they all had the shaggy rings on the bulb right?

Lyophyllum decastes, Hypholoma lateritium (and Amanita muscaria var. whatever you call it over there).

It's A. muscaria  (variation flavivolvata), they contain ibotenic acid and muscimol.  Also, small amounts of muscarine (bad).

The Amanita muscaria that grows in your state is variety flavivolvata.

I liked those Pholiotas you posted a couple years ago, see if you can find some more of those!

what's the best way to prepare Amanita muscaria, I read some articles, seems making tea with lower temperature is the best. any experience sharing?

1. wash them to remove all dirt
2. dry them with a paper towel or whatever
3. cut off the stems & put them aside
4. cut the cap into small thin pieces
5. place onto baking tray. not completely flat tray, you want water to leak through. otherwise you would just boil the mushroom (dont want)
6. turn oven to around 70 degrees (low setting) - & open the oven door just a tiny bit to let airflow out

7. leave in oven for 1.5 - 3 hours until crispy
8. once crispy, either eat them straight or grind them up & put into lightly boiling water for 15 minutes to create a potent tea

I normally just cut the bigger caps in half and put them in the oven with the door cracked at 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

I personally don't like to eat them or make tea. It gives me an upset stomach:scat:

I make an extract from them which seems to reduce the nausea which seems to go hand in hand with Amanitas.
