Actually yes, because the person plummeting to the ground can't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're not in a dream or simulation.
May seem unlikely, but technically speaking (the only kind of speaking which matters in philosophy) the event is still observed solely from a subjective viewpoint. There is simply no escaping the subjectivity of existence.
Actually from a scientific point of view, the person falling has no real way of knowing if they are falling down, or if everything else is falling up.

While the body falls toward the Earth the mass of the body also causes the Earth to fall towards the human, though not experiencing the same acceleration or sudden change in trajectory due to the mass differential.
