No toss it and start over. You won't be able to birth cakes out of that jar anyway. It has a lip

Or skip the bulky glass, and pricy cost. By finding either one of these short half pint plastic Ziploc or Glad in your local Grocery store. Steam and PC safe, also reusable.

I prefer these.

Also SFD's are best saved for grains. You might take a look at this tek if you're looking to use 1/4 pints.

I've steamed and PC'd both multiple times. Not one melted.

This marking indicated on plastics ensures they won't melt.

Was the jar wrapped up real good in thin foil before sterilizing?
IME the better their wrapped the less likely moisture is to get in
I even use multiple layer of foil some times might b overkill but better safe then sorry
another tip: also a good way to know if you have too much moisture in your jar is to weigh them before and after PCing
This way if they weigh quite more after sterilization you know not to waste spores on it
On this case you can clearly see its to wet but consider the tip for when you cant tell by simple sight and in doubt
Now to answer the question, its to wet, not ok to inject

I don't know what he meant. But if it were me I'd say weighing them is just a bunch of extra work. If the PF Tek is followed correctly, then there would be no excess moisture. If it were "I", I would save the SFD's for grain spawn and use the traditional 4 Holes. I always use the vermiculite barrier and micro pore tape during sterilization. Although only one or the other is really needed.
Sometimes people just get frustrated because some stray from tried and proven Teks before they actually have enough experience to venture out on their own.
