This was my second ever Yoga class. I've been practicing on my own for a long time though, a few years, though not with too much consistency.
It was taught by this guy Tias Little, who I actually watched one of his videos a few years ago so it was interesting seeing him in person. It was a class on Chakras so I was definitely interested in the subject matter...
It lasted two hours and totally destroyed me mentally and physically I drank 2 cups of coffee before going in....by the end of the class I was very dehydrated and nauseous, felt like i might throw up. But I didn't. In fact I felt really good at the same time, lots of body chi flowing.
I concentrated on my I Am Vibration as much as possible while doing the asanas, and I feel this helped me out because by the end I was having some serious thoughts about mortality and how the body will eventually pass, how we are not our bodies. Also I was thinking about how, if you aren't spiritually awake, you effectively already have one foot in the coffin!
So yeah wanted to give a Yoga Report...here it is...

thanks for reporting in.
i've only been to one yoga session, it lasted about an hour. best hour i've ever gotten out of meditation. i find meditations are much easier and effective when they are properly guided.

Same thing used to happen to me by playing basketball with the big boys.
