I've seen shrooms turn a slight greenish colour before. I'm still alive, so I guess it's ok.

Psilocybe Cubensis will definitely turn green and blue when bruised. If it gets big and fuzzy, its probably a contam. If it just stays green or greenish-blue and doesn't get gross, its just bruised.
