Monotub Help w/ pictures

I fruited this tub 11 days ago, I let the spawn colonize to the bulk for roughly 11 days as well.
My question is regarding my humidity in the monotub ( I am above 8,000 feet in elevation.)
My tub looks like this daily, all the walls show signs of it being wet with only a decent sized ring of dry around my poly fill holes. i did dial in my monotub like Franks tech shows. Although when i had my humidity gauge on in the room itself it was around 38%, I put it inside the tub and it shows 23-28%?

My room temp is NOT 85, thats the recorded temp inside the tub. My temps outside are ranging from 70-76 daily.
I'm just a little worried no pinning has showed up in 11 days, although there is a ton of fucking knots.

Be patient. The condensation can occur merely from a temperature difference. Also that's what you get for using a semi cheap digital hygrometer/thermometer, key word here-digital. Invest in a cheap analog or super high end digital.

So do you think my humidity is fine? That's my main concern. Thanks, Zep

Without a gauge who can say for sure. Does your substrate look dry?

It's shrunken a bit as you can see. before when colonizing my coir was a pretty dark brown, almost black.
Now its light brown, but i can see a slight gloss of the surface if the mycelium shines in the light.

If its glistening, you're probably fine. You might wanna back that lamp off a tad unless its a cfl and see if you can lower your internal temp a few degrees.
Do you only have the holes on the bottom of your tub close to the sub?

It is a CFL, It was rather high today because of the wood stove ^_^ i have 4 holes on the bottom close to the substrate ( one on each side, in the middle) and 2 more holes on the long side in the middle on the top of the monotub. So i have 6 holes total. -Zep

Ok. I didn't see any holes on top, had to ask as you want some evaporation to occur due to air exchange.
Edit: I see it now, blended in with the condensation.

Alright, i hope more people can chime in and tell me it's okay. To be honest, i want to mist the fucking shit out of it. I have this small little humidifier going in the closet it is in. Actually its a Vicks "vaporizer" so hopefully that's the same concept because its pumpin nice hot steam like air. My last tub looked WET as hell when it went into pining, it actually pinned in colonizing.
I let this reach 100%, i didnt wait for first signs of pins like my last tub though.

I'd ditch the vaporizer. It's only upping the temperatures.
The substrate in a mono, giving that it was constructed and dialed in properly, provides all the humidity needed.

That's exactly what i was thinking, anyways, i misted the shit out of it because it didnt look like my last tub. Looks rather on the dry side. I'll give it more time now.

It looks good to me. Don't fret about the readings you're getting from that hygrometer, it wasn't designed to be in an extremely high-humidity environment.
I also wouldn't mist it, unless the subtrrate really looks dry. You should have added all of the water it will need when you brought the sub to field capacity.
If it was mine, I'd probably fan it out a couple of times a day.
Also, pic 3: Damn, that polyfil closeup looks like an old lady's bush
