P. foenisecii or Deconica?

I tried to key these out (just based on the photos I took) and the best I can come up with is that they're a P foenisecii or a Deconica. Anyways, can someone help me identify the genus and maybe even the species here? I could go out and make spore prints tomorrow, if needed...
Habitat: Grass, near road
Gills: greyish-brown (?), appear adnate
Stem: ~5-6cm long, 0.5-0.75cm in diameter, light brown, fibrous (maybe), vertical-running ridges at top
Cap: ~4-5cm in diameter, brown in center, more buff at margin, more or less smooth, convex (sometimes a bit of an umbo) becoming flat
Spore print color: Seems to be a deep brown (from the spore deposits on the caps that I can see in the photos)
Bruising: Nope

Maybe Agrocybe pediades.

Dark brown spores with a purple cast.
Maybe too purple to support my guess even. Not sure.

Yeah, I was looking at Agrocybe pediades too. What I found seems to be a bit bigger than those. I guess I'm getting into need-a-microscope territory if I really want to identify this LBM...

Get a scope. I got a cheap one (cheap end of real miscroscopes). About like this one: http://www.amscope.com/b100.html
Might actually be that one; I can't recall.
If you get one which says it comes with immersion oil though, make sure it doesn't smell like a pine tree. I fouled up my 100x objective something nasty with canada balsam.

Argh, I want that. Canid - can you get photo output with that thing? I know nothing of scopes, don't understand yet how this digital camera output works... Description didn't say anything about cam attachments, I think I've seen others that do mention that...

I need to build a suitable coupling device for my phone. I can use one of my cheapie CCD webcams, but the image washes out badly. I don't suppose I'd need so bright a bulb in it for that use though, so that could probably make a difference.

It's coming back to me now - don't you need a cam port? Or can you somehow rig it through one side of the scope?

some of them have cameras built in. Mine does not. It does have the ability all microscopes have to have a camera put up to one of the eyepieces. That's the route I go.

Got it. McGyver it.

I'd call these a Deconica species. Microscopy would help to figure out which species.
