ID Request - Boletus edulis?

Hi there -
I am a n00b when it comes to boletes, and I am wondering if perhaps I have found my first B. edulis?
I found this yesterday in a coastal forest (predominantly douglas-fir, hemlock and cedar) here in northwestern Washington. It was growing horizontally out from underneath a decaying log near the trail I was hiking on.
Thoughts?

Thanks. I overlooked Queen Bolete mainly because the woods I was in were predominately conifer, but now that I recall, there were also maples and likely some alder around.

One thing to look for is the frosted cap which the queen bolete has when it is young.

Despite being new to boletes, I went ahead and fried this mushroom up in a little oil. I am fairly confident that it looks really close to the king or queen bolete, and there aren't really any poisonous lookalikes to my knowledge.
I sliced it up. The texture was very firm and it browned nicely on the outsides of the slices as it cooked in the pan. The taste was like a nutty, meaty potato chip (probably owing to the oil?). There were some bitter bites but I attribute that to the more "browned/caramelized" pieces.
I was planning on just tasting a bite or two since it was my first time having it, but I literally could not stop eating it and I ate the whole thing. I didn't even add salt or additional seasonings. Just the bolete cooked in the pan with a little oil.
So... I hope it's as edible as I thought it was!

It's close enough to B. regineus that I'd eat it. It's close enough to any of the king-like boletes that I'd eat it.

Nom nom. Those fatty little ones just cry "eat me!".
