They're great for lobster and crab legs too.  For lobster I put 1/2 inch of water in the bottom and bring it to a boil.  Drop the lobster in and put on the lid.  Bring it up to 5 psi and shut off the stove.  Let the pressure drop slowly on its own.  Remove, roll in butter and place on the BBQ grill for a few minutes to toast while your steak is cooking.

Nice! Can you do this with multiple lobsters in the PC? Lobster is one of the things I've been wanting to try in the PC. I would be wanting to do like 5+ lobsters. No canning rack, right?
