Call pet shops, or grow shops for coconut coir fiber. Some brands are known to add trichoderma to the coir as it is beneficial to plants. This is horrible for our purposes as trichoderma is green mold. Ive always bought my coco coir in a gardening section of a store. Ive used the DownToEarth brand with no problems. If i got trich it was from contaminated grain spawn.
If you cant find coir around any big garden suppliers or pet shops, i would order it, or look around for a horse. Ask the horse owner to donate all the dung. Usually they are more then glad that someone is getting it off their hands for them. Horse dung = free bulk substrate
Let it dry out under some sort of shelter, crumble it all up, mix with verm and gypsum per RR's vids, bring to field capacity, and pasteurize at 140-160F for an hour.

Please don't bump your thread so much. We will see your thread and respond to it.
OregonMushys answered about the best that you can. Eco Earth is the pet shop brand that you should be able to buy at any pet store, and even some big box stores.
The straw doesn't need to be organic, but you don't want it to have been treated with any chemicals or anti-fungals.

Feed stores have coco coir bricks but make sure that it doesn't have anti fungal stuff in it because it may be the kind people use for potting. You want to go for the ones you use for reptile bedding.

"Organic manure"? Can you be more specific? Specifically what kind of manure are you referring to? Horse or cow for instance?
I highly doubt you'll find anything truly organic and do you really require 100% truly organic? Just because a label says "organic" doesn't mean it is 100% truly organic. Is using something that is not organic a deal breaker?
You say, "I just wanna drive somewhere and pick it up". OK then that means that you assume everyone knows precisely where you live, have totally checked out every store within your desired travel range and all that. That is about 99.999% unrealistic.
