whats wrong with this growth on my agar???

This is a picture of my PDA small jar attempt. The mycelium was transferred from another agar jar, in my SAB, so I know the culture was good and the process clean. However it grew nicely within a week into maybe 1/2" sized circle and thereafter started to grow really slow, and became thick and fluffy almost like cotton. Growing painstakenly slow, this pic is from day 18. The jar was sealed, i figured there should be enough air in there to last but now its taking so long, i actually opened the jar in my SAB for a few seconds to try and let some fresh air in.
Bottom line, is this some sort of mold or is this what myc does when starved of oxygen? One edge does show maybe a millimeter on the edge that could be considered a rhyzo sector, i'm really considering just transferring a small portion to new agar, this time with a polyhole.
Any advice and comments would be appreciated!

Use filtered lids. Myc needs to breath just like you and me. Oh and if you hurt it then it will also bruise like you and me. Funny huh

I believe what stormrider is reffering to is that its possibly aerial mycelium
But yes, you could smell it to see if its mold.

It does no good to post a blurry picture.
Use petri dishes not jars for agar since they're vented.
A clean culture will cover the surface of a petri dish in a week or so, so it appears you probably made the mix too nutritious, or it ran out of air. RR

Thanks for the comments guys!
I will make sure to smell it before i do a transfer, although sounds like i will have to make new agar first if over nutrition is the problem. And no petris available to me yet unfortunately, so small jars with filtered lids will have to do for now :-((
RR, really appreciate your response. I used 400cc water, 120g powdered potato (smash), 5ml honey (teaspoon), and 6g agar agar (powdered form). Do you recommend perhaps different ratios or perhaps i should omit the honey next time?

Ok well i opened and smelled it....yuck! Sweet and sour foul smell, straight to the bin/skip.
So started all over, got the links above and mixed a new batch of agar as i had it wayyyy too nutritious. Two pin clones going, and my first veil broke this morning so that one will be cloned as well on agar and also going into lc.
Thanks for all the inputs guys. Hopefully this round is more successful.
