It is just an amazing season up here this year for everything. Its kicking ass.
But i put in alot of work to get my shit going so well now. So its quite rewarding let me tell you!! :lol:
But this ovoid patch is outa control! If it doesnt go this fall damb straight it will be a solid  carpet in the spring! We will all rejoice in its pure awesomeness!

Not from California but I have found allenii a few times, that being said I don't think your mushrooms are them. Allenii is much more yellow, their caps are rounder and not very pointy, also I've never seem them with a bunch of scales on their stems. Your mushrooms IMO are not allenii.

I think its possible they could be allenii, however i do feel something is off like maynard pointed out

Actually I had some come up in the ground. These are P allenii for sure 100% and they look pretty friggin dark. Maybe they are darker up here.
