so when i took some prints from three good size cap's (cubes) i did not sterilize the foil the cap rested on the foil with a cup over them for about 6-12 hours i then removed the cap and placed the cup back on top. hours later they where dry and a nice dark print folded them up and into zip lock bag. in a few weeks i'm gonna start agar->grain->coco coir+verm+coffee . question is will i be able to sector out good contam free Mycelium. to isolate a good growing specimen. due to the foil not being sterilized first. im assuming ill have contams. any advise would be greatly helpful

I would say that, being a food grade product and all, the foil is going to be pretty fucking clean when you use it.
That is what agar is for, to clean up dirty prints.

Your good, according to RR, foil can be used right out the roll as long as you rip the first few inches off first. And thats one of the main reasons of agar, is to get good mycelium from a possibly contamd print. People inoculate agar with wild prints so they can isolate the good from the bad then go from there.
As long as you took the print in a SAB and folded it up with iso wiped gloves on and tyvek arm sleeves while moving swiftly, the print should be pretty clean, and you shouldn't have much issues given you are as sterile as possible while transferring the spores to a petri.

Foil is made in a high temperature process, its sterile out of the box as long as you tear some off as said above.
